What TrainGlobal Does
TrainGlobal is a discovery platform for professional events worldwide. We help you find conferences, workshops, seminars, trade shows, and other events relevant to your profession. We don't organize events ourselves – we connect you with event organizers.
Using Our Platform
You need to be at least 16 years old to use TrainGlobal. Your account is for your personal use only – you can't share it with others or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If someone gets into your account because you shared your password, that's on you.
Event Information
Event details are provided by event organizers. While we verify submissions, we can't guarantee that every event detail is 100% accurate. Always check with the event organizer before making travel plans or payments.
If you see incorrect information, please let us know so we can fix it.
Registration and Payments
When you click "Register", you're leaving TrainGlobal and going to the event organizer's registration page. We don't process payments directly. Any payment disputes, cancellations, or refunds are between you and the event organizer.
What You Can't Do
- Scrape or copy our event data without permission
- Post fake events or misleading information
- Use our platform for spam or harassment
- Try to break or bypass our security features
- Impersonate someone else or create fake accounts
Your Content
You keep ownership of any reviews, comments, or other content you post. By posting, you give us permission to display that content on our platform. Don't post anything you don't own or that violates someone else's rights.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TrainGlobal is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee that the site will be available 100% of the time or that every event listing is accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainGlobal isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which for most users will be zero).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the site or via email. Continuing to use TrainGlobal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
